Translating with WPML
Notes about translations
Custom post types
Go to WPML - Settings and scroll to Post Types Translation
Set required custom posts to “Translatable”
ACF Fields
Every ACF field needs to be edited when activating / using WPML!
Edit each and every field’s “Translation preferences”
Repeater / Flexible content type of fields → Use “Copy Once”
Normal and sub fields (Text / Wysiwyg) → Use “Translate”
Groups should not be translated (?)

Always use manual translations
Make sure “Use WPML’s Translation Editor” toggle is always turned OFF!
Translating plugins / strings
Use “Loco translate” plugin rather than WPML String translations.
